| Hot Weather
If the radio station 1395 on the AM band broadcasts temperature at 5.oopm is -
(a) 37 degrees and above, but below 40 degrees a shortened program will commence at 7.00pm.
(b) 40 degrees and above the meet will be canceled.
Wet Weather
If the oval is considered too wet to participate on, the meet will be canceled.
Usually this occurs if it has been raining all day or rains very heavily just prior to 6.15 pm.
During the early part of the season it can get very cold outside.
We recommend that you dress appropriately, and that athletes have a tracksuit to wear between events.
